How do you ensure the privacy of my order?
We prioritize your privacy by using discreet, plain packaging with no mention of 'Prism Smoke Shop' or smoking accessories on the exterior label. Your credit card statement will also show a generic billing name.
Do I need to be of legal age to purchase from your store?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction) to purchase any products from our site. We utilize a third-party age verification system at checkout to ensure compliance.
What happens if my glass item arrives broken?
While we pack our items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the packaging to receive a free replacement.
How long does shipping take and do you provide tracking?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for used products?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used. We only accept returns on unused, brand-new items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through our secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not currently accept PayPal for tobacco-related accessories due to their platform restrictions.
